As a CNA/PCA, you’ll help support this mission by delivering exceptional, quality care to our residents.

CNA/PCA Responsibilities include:

• Helping to maintain the client's physical and mental well-being
• Providing direct and indirect care to clients
• Maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Assisting with safe transfers and ambulation
• Providing personal hygienic care
• Observing and documenting client status
• Light house keeping

• Prior experience in long-term care
• Strong communication skills; able to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Can-do spirit; able to build positive relationships with residents, family members, and staff.
• Customer service focus; able to resolve conflict/issues without becoming emotional or defensive.
• Strong time management skills; able to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Team player; happy to help others when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chapel Hill, NC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• CNA (Preferred)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
