Compensation: $36.36

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a CNA
• CNA Certification
• BLS Certification through American Heart Association
• High School diploma or equivalent

Job Description:

• Nursing observation and data collection skills, critical thinking, documentation, and technical skills related to assigned patient populations.
• Basic problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of developmental stages and age-appropriate outcomes and interventions.
• Knowledge and ability to accept cultural differences and appropriate outcomes and interventions. Knowledge of emergency and other relevant policies and procedures. Use of proper body mechanics.
• Infection control principles and practices. Knowledge and ability to use effective communication strategies, interpersonal skills. Excellence in customer service
