The Health Center at Franklin Park, an American Baptist Homes of the Midwest community, is looking for team-focused, caring professionals to join our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) team!

We are currently hiring for multiple shifts with pay starting from $20.00 up to $25.00/hr based on experience. Also includes additional shift differential pay.

As a CNA at Franklin Park, you'll work with a team committed to providing residents with high-quality care to promote highest functioning level in the resident's daily living (ADL's), participate in developing and executing resident care plans, support residents in social events and activities and help to create a healthy lifestyle within our safe, home-like environment.

What you will need:

• Work schedule may require weekend and holiday rotation
• Valid CNA license within the state of Colorado / DORA Registry
• Certification in Dementia Care within 90 days from hire - training provided onsite
• Covid-19 vaccination is required to work in a healthcare setting
