Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide laundry service for players and coaches
- Perform daily cleanings of the clubhouse, including coaches' offices, bathrooms, training areas, and general clubhouse area
- Set up and serve two meals daily for the teams on days of home games, including a pre-game meal that is generally a lunch and a post-game meal
- Maintain the baseball equipment inventory issued to home team players, including uniforms, equipment, hats, and practice gear
- Assist players with other small tasks and errands within reason, such as minor uniform repairs or transportation to appointments or local airports
- Assist the Bat Boys in their preparations and execution of their responsibilities on a daily basis
- Work with the coaches and operations manager to provide on-field personnel with a positive experience
- Support league umpires with game ball preparation, umpire locker room tidiness, and laundry as requested

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work long hours including, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, twist and reach
- Position requires frequent lifting of 25 to 50 pounds
- Ability to work a very flexible schedule, including but not limited to day, nights, holidays, and weekends
