Clinical Supervisor

ECLI-VIBES is searching for a SIFI certified, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to use best practices, as well as an evidenced-based approach, to provide the necessary support for interns and staff to develop their clinical work. This individual will address complex situations and facilitate an experience conducive to learning and understanding the complexities of working with communities in need. Our ideal candidate is knowledgeable and up to date on clinical supervision requirements, has more than two years of clinical supervisory experience, and has impeccable communication (written, verbal and listening) and interpersonal skills. This is a contracted position with an estimated 7-10 hours of supervision each week.

• Provide clinical supervision to clinical staff and interns
• Ensure approaches are:
• survivor led and inclusive of survivor voices
• inclusive of prevention focused strategies
• flexible and adaptive to the client’s needs
• trauma informed and healing centered
• Stay current on best practices and research by identifying professional development opportunities for interns and staff
• Ability to maintain the integrity and core value standards of our agency
• Strong problem identification and solution skills
• Understanding of Google Suite offerings (Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Calendar)

Preferred Skills:

• Passionate about equipping staff and interns with the necessary skills to become impactful practitioners
• Well versed in trauma, generational trauma, vicarious trauma and the effects of trauma on the body and brain
• Demonstrates ability to think strategically and creatively
• Flexible and adaptable to our constantly evolving agency
• Excellent partnership building skills
• Understanding of the trauma-informed approach
• Knowledgeable in gender, racial and social justice issues including marginalized communities and systemic oppression

ECLI-VIBES uses a survivor-centered and trauma-informed approach to provide comprehensive, high-quality services to all survivors of trauma. In an effort to stabilize the survivor, staff will connect and access resources that address safe housing, food insecurity and safety needs by guiding and empowering the survivor in navigating the system and understanding their rights. The short-term goal is to address the symptoms of trauma, the long-term goal is to address the underlying issues (compound trauma) in an effort to break the cycle of violence for good.
