Position Pay Range $110k- $114k

Our EnduraCare Clinical Liaisons play a vital role in the development and growth of our inpatient rehabilitation facilities success. The Clinical Liaisons are responsible for coordinating all aspects of the patients" admission to the units.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and maintaining solid long-term relationships with patient referral bases in order to increase census to each of our rehabilitation units. Education and marketing to current, as well as, potential referral sources is crucial.
Position Qualifications include:

• Must be a Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, or Registered Nurse
• Minimum 2 years clinical practice required
• Successful marketing / clinical sales a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Functional understanding of regulatory compliance and guidelines
• In-depth knowledge of inpatient rehabilitation (IRF) services and the healthcare industry;
• Competent in the use of PC programs necessary to perform the essential functions of this position;
• Ensures that quality patient care is at the forefront
• Contribute to client relations and community education activities.
