We are partnered with an innovative, global CRO that is helping support biotech and pharma companies transform life-changing therapies into reality. They are supporting therapeutic areas where pioneers are doing exciting work to create a healthier future for all.

They are looking for multiple Clinical Leads II/III to create tangible solutions for patients in need and improve healthcare through clinical research.

To be a good fit for this role, you should have: ·

• Min. 5 years of clinical research/ monitoring experience (or equivalent with training and/or education experience)
• Min. 1-2 years clinical oversight experience or equivalent PM-CL experience
• 1+ years extracting knowledge and insight from data in any scientific or technology field
• Experience of management of timelines and coordination of multiple team members and functions to meet deliverables, e.g. site ID, qualification and activation through database lock and study closure.
• Experience using technology and data to drive decisions and actions ·
• Experience in development and delivery of training materials for CRAs and sites, and presentation during IM; development and review of study plans, case report forms, user acceptance testing of systems ·
• Experience in review of CRA expenses reports

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Driving and managing the clinical components of the start up process from site identification to activation.
• Training and managing the CRA team
• Creating and maintaining study specific clinical monitoring plans
• Planning and driving patient recruitment and retention

This role is FULLY REMOTE and is looking for someone to start ASAP!

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $133,000.00 - $168,000.00 per year
