• Full-time Coordinator works with a program co-coordinator to provide oversight of innovative Regional Partnership Program that bridges treatment and child protection agencies in an effort to provide immediate, holistic, family-centered services and increase the collaborative capacity of the community to respond effectively to support family systems impacted by substance misuse.
• Supervise case managers in DCF district offices across Vermont and work collaboratively with the treatment system and other community resources to ensure timely access to treatment services.
• Primary responsibilities include supervision of case managers who provide direct services, program management and administration, clinical supervision of CM staff who are working towards SUD credentialing, and focus on community partnership development as well as consultation and training on SUD, treatment, and child safety to DCF or other partners.
• Position typically works traditional hours with no on-call requirements.
• Salary range is $55-60K annually based on education and experience.

• Minimum of Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, or similar field. Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) required.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong desire and ability to work with the identified population. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with interagency programs and community partners required.
• Experience working with Family Services/child protection preferred.
• Position is primarily remote based (work from home) in a Vermont location. Frequent travel throughout Vermont required.
