Come join our amazing team! Lunches are catered most days of the week! We work half a day on Fridays! Your job duties will include:

- Maintain the EMR system proficiently.

- Check patients in, verify demographics, Prepare patient charts, Room patients and obtain health history, check patients out.

- Use EHR to fax referral and demographics to specified provider.

-Order labs as directed by provider, print lab requisition, and take patient to lab. -- Order in house x-rays per provider and take patient to x-ray. Fax order for outside imaging i.e., bone density scans and MRIs.

-Refill and send in newly prescribed medication to the patient’s preferred pharmacy via EHR. Explain authorization/mail order process to patient, print Rx and enter in Senderra portal. Give patient sample medications per provider instruction.

-Answer phones and messages from patients to include scheduling, relaying instructions to patients and provide results as directed. Participate in rotational triage support.

-Complete prior authorizations as necessary online or by phone. Fax medical records as requested for continuity of care.

-Clean exam rooms and notify office manager when supplies/brochures are needed. - Maintains strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.

-Float from one of our three locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
