An NEP Services Client Success Manager must be professional, a self-starter, extremely organized, and able to balance multiple open projects at various stages of development. They need to be able to think on their feet and be able to change workflow outlines as deadlines shift. We are looking for someone who is ready to take pride and ownership in their projects, while contributing to the team so NEP Services can provide a well-rounded experience to our clients.

Job Description

The Client Success Manager will be the second main POC with our first responder clients to help them through the onboarding process. This includes gathering content to build their website, meeting fundraising compliance guidelines, and helping to pinpoint the focus of their public and membership platforms. This position is a pivotal part of our quickly growing company. This position can be more about client relations than project management at times, however both are critical. The experience we are looking for our clients to have with you is above and beyond expectations. This position can be remote if candidate meets specific criteria, along with in person, and hybrid (in office 2 days, remote 3). General computer proficiency is required. Experience with Monday Boards, Basecamp, Slack and Zoom are helpful, but not required.

Client Success/Project Management Responsibilities

· Assist with gathering all content needed to build client's new website

· Assist with gathering documents for fundraising compliance

· Educate clients on the overall website build process

· Communicate with each client weekly on their build status

· Show clients how to use the different build platforms to get NEP content

· Help clients learn what kind of content is appropriate for positive PR on their website

· Work with web team to help them understand the desired outcome the client wants

· Assist the client on how to utilize NEP Connect custom fields for their membership

· Continue with quarterly calls after client's website build is complete for any needed updates

Requirements

· 3-5 years of client relations support or similar experience

· Self-Starter, confident person who can work independently

· Proven working experience in customer service

· Excellent relationship building and communication skills

· Knowledge of basic technical/computer skills

· Positive attitude, detail oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

· Ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced fun office environment

· Fluency in English

* NEP Services is located in Newport Beach, CA. However, this position can be remote if candidate meets specific criteria, and resides in Arkansas, California, Florida, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Texas or Washington.
