TITLE: Client Services Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Senior Account Executive
LOCATION: Remote
Purpose: The Client Services Coordinator provides organizational support for the client services team at Altius Sports Partners (“ASP”) and will be tasked with assisting the EVP, Collegiate Partnerships, VP, Collegiate Partnerships, and account executives with providing best-in-class services to ASP clients. Responsibilities will include administrative tasks, research, creation and organization of program materials, and other ad hoc projects.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with ASP’s client services team to coordinate phone calls, Zoom meetings, campus visits, travel itineraries, and client activities
  • Travel at least twice per month to assist Account Executives and GM's with on-campus events.
  • Monitor and maintain database sets, outreach efforts, and other documentation for collegiate partnerships
  • Provide relevant details, resources, and connections to the client services team and at the appropriate time
  • Coordinate with account executives for new client onboarding and ongoing client tasks
  • Liaise with clients in a professional manner and uphold ASP’s value of building trust with constituents
  • Assist with creation of materials to support collegiate partnerships
  • Support educational initiatives, sessions, and supplemental resources alongside account executives
  • Assist with creation of meeting summaries, news updates, and other organizational communications, including social media content
  • Support business development efforts, which includes meeting preparation, scheduling, summaries, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the client services team to identify organizational processes for ensuring efficient and effective work product
  • Track client communications and update client relationship management system with important details (e.g., contact information, time spent working with clients, meeting notes, etc.)
  • Schedule and support video and/or telephone conference calls and other operational logistics
  • Participate in developing a team-based environment to motivate and inspire staff to work collaboratively toward vision and goal
  • Commit to building company culture in a remote environment
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
  • Maintain highest level of confidentiality, both within organization and with external entities
  • Perform other duties as needed/assigned

Deliverables:
  • Active engagement with internal and external ASP stakeholders
  • Accurate, efficient solutions for building and maintaining ASP’s collegiate partnerships
  • Ongoing feedback and discussion with the Senior Account Executive regarding all duties
  • Documented processes and procedures for all areas of responsibility

Successful Candidates Will Exhibit the Following:
  • 1-2 years of experience in client services or administrative roles
  • An understanding of the collegiate athletics landscape – particularly Name, Image, Likeness – is preferred
  • The ability to travel frequently to various Colleges and Universities as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of social and digital media platforms
  • Successful candidates will be self-starters with strong interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills to execute to the ASP standard of excellence
