Statement of Purpose:
The Scheduler is the person who updates, maintains, organizes and verifies the calendars of each person in each of our offices that conducts client meetings.
This person will be a hard-working, detail oriented professional with the ability to handle competing priorities and strict deadlines with professionalism. This person will be comfortable incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Objectives, tasks, duties, functions & responsibilities:
- Scheduling, rescheduling, confirming and canceling appointments
- Assisting in the closing of sales meetings by preparing invoices, and taking payments
- Follow up phone calls made to clients to schedule next meetings
- Answering incoming phone calls, transferring phone calls to appropriate staff members
Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in work experience
Qualifications / Specific Skills required:
- At least 2 years of customer/client service experience in a professional environment
- Type 50 wpm with better than 96% accuracy
- Proficient in all Microsoft office programs
