Garrett Forensics is seeking a qualified Client Development Representative to help highlight their services that their customers rely on. The candidate should have a strong understanding of B2B sales and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong warm and cold calling skills to showcase our unique offerings in a compelling way. The candidate will attending fun networking events and industry conferences and must be both personable and professional.

Duties will include selling of company's services through contacting new and previous clients through warm and cold calling, to insurance companies, law firms, third party administrators, risk managers, government agencies as well as self-insured corporate entities, and other users. This position is an hourly Plus commission structure.

Account Executive Responsibilities:

  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.
  • Manage existing client base while also performing outreach—such as cold calling, emailing, and following up on potential leads—to secure more revenue.
  • Work with Manager to determine pricing schedules for quotes, and negotiations.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with Garrett's marketing programs.
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs and promote company's services.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Answering client questions about our services, prices and availability.

Account Executive Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Must be comfortable talking on the phone.
  • Understanding of the sales process.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with our customers.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in software applications including Word, Excel and CRM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
