Cleaning and Inventory Specialist Role:
The Cleaning and Inventory Specialist reports to the general manager. The Cleaning and Inventory Specialist evaluates, dispositions, and restores insured's/homeowner's contents back to pre loss condition. The Cleaning and Inventory Specialist evaluates, inventories, and properly packages insured's/homeowner's contents for storage.
Accountabilities:
- Taking detailed inventory of belongings using the latest technology and software
- Cleaning contents to not only meet, but exceed industry standards
- Cleaning the interior of damaged homes with detail and accuracy
- Treating every item with sincere respect and care
- Treating homeowners with empathy and professionalism
- Being an optimistic, committed, loyal team member
- Working quickly to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality of work
- Demonstrating a high level of integrity in all aspects of the position
- Early mornings every day (5:15am)
- Long days and extreme weather conditions are possible and should be expected.
- Travel is required. Overnight stays are compensated (per diem).
- Constant standing, bending, and lifting
- Weekends are on a rotation, on-call schedule that is non-negotiable
- Perform other responsibilities as required
- Required to install Encircle app on phone
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License & eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- No felony convictions
Compensation:
- Base salary starting at $14 to $16, depending on experience
- After 60 days-eligible for Health/ Vision/ Dental/ Aflac
- After 90 days- Paid Time Off
- 8 Paid Holidays
