Job description

We are looking for a Cleaning person, or custodian, to service some of our accounts and carry out cleaning, and light maintenance duties. The goal is to keep these accounts in a clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Perform and document routine inspection and cleaning activities
• Extra duties Include carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.

• Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills

• Proven working experience as a cleaner/ janitor
• Ability to handle light equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• High school degree
• Must be dependable and have own mode of transportation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
