Job Summary:

If you are someone who enjoys working hands on with products in a manufacturing environment, then a Clean Room Technician could be the right role for you. We are looking for reliable, detail orientated individuals who want to grow alongside an evolving business. This position is responsible for cleaning, detailing, visually inspecting and packaging our high technology products before they are shipped to our customers.

If you are looking for longer term career growth, we also have internal apprenticeship programs that allow those who drive themselves and the company, opportunities to advance within our machine shop, and obtain transferrable job skills.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Washing, packing and polishing of parts
• Ability to use a variety of parts cleaning products and tools
• Perform inspections to ensure that each cleaning process step has been completed
• Clean the interior and exterior of parts using various products and methods
• Ability to perform as an influential, positive team member
• Complying with all company procedures and policies
• Perform other administrative tasks as requested by supervisors

Qualifications

Required

• Familiar with various power tools such as orbit sander and grinder, belt sander, etc.
• Dependable attendance and on-time performance.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to lift 60lbs (Cranes, hydraulic tables also available for use, ergonomic workplace encouraged)
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred

• Basic Computer Skills
• Warehouse or Machine Shop experience
• Forklift and crane operation experience
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts based on staffing needs
• Experience or familiarity with MRP or ERP, or computer-based systems
• Familiar with various materials such as Aluminum, Stainless steel, etc.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 compliance
• Experience with various machinery
