ABA Room Lead

· Set an example of professional conduct and commitment to the Summit Achievement Center North policies (e.g., interactions with others, attendance, timeliness, time management, cell phone use, etc.).

· Contribute ideas in a persuasive, effective manner to improve the overall program as well as the performance of the team.

· Be highly proficient in implementing skills across a variety of students

· Show commitment and enthusiasm to SAC North and its mission.

· Communicate professionally with all members of the SAC North team including directors, therapists, classroom leads and implementers.

· Represent SAC North in a professional manner when interacting with parents, schools, and other outside individuals.

· Maintain a high standard of confidentiality concerning students, their families and SAC North team members.

Direct Responsibilities

· Train and lead implementers on executing behavior plans.

· Provide training to implementers on specialized cases on behavior plan implementation and guide them to create a safe and encouraging environment

· Answer calls (walkies) for behavior support throughout the day, as needed.

· Participate in IEP meetings on specialized cases.

· Provide direct implementation for Summit students.

· Be fluent with all student’s behavior plans and program goals.

· Assist with supervising implementers and leads in the community.

· Assist with starting new students (e.g., direct implementation with student, record ABC data, etc.) and provide any necessary feedback to BCBA regarding behavioral needs.

·Assist with event reporting and training implementers on how to write event reports.

Additional Duties

·Provide input on evaluations of members on the team.

·Participate with the admin team, as necessary, in delivering corrective feedback to team members.

·Conduct team specific or building wide trainings/presentations.

·Assist with the overall organization of the building. (Classroom materials, classroom setup, laundry, kitchen cleanliness, etc.).

·Advocate for the needs of your team.

·Be approachable and able to give feedback on the spot, as necessary.

· Be flexible in providing support to all members of the administration in duties as needed.

·Support lunches as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
