Classified Substitute Pay Rates Just Went Up in Molalla River School District!
The new HB4030 Recruitment and Retention Grant funds are allowing us to increase our substitute custodian pay rates as follows:
Those substitute custodians who work more than ten full shifts in a calendar month will be considered long-term substitutes and will be paid the higher rate of $15.99 per hour for all additional full shifts worked in that month, beginning with the eleventh shift. Additional days do not have to be consecutive or in the same assignment.*

This provision is based on the availability of grant funds and may be discontinued at any time should grant funds be exhausted.
Molalla River School District requires all staff to be fully vaccinated effective October 18, 2021 unless a religious or medical exception is approved. New employees must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination at the time of hire. (Please contact Human Resources if you need more information regarding the approval of exceptions).
