Job description
Hedrick Gardner Kincheloe & Garofalo, LLP, a civil defense firm with offices throughout the Carolinas, seeks an experienced associate attorney to join its civil litigation practice in Charlotte. Prefer candidates with 2-6 years of experience in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance defense, professional liability defense, and/or construction defect litigation. Strong research and writing capabilities are a must. Trial and deposition experience is a plus. Less experienced attorneys with relevant experience will be considered. North Carolina license required.Position located in SouthPark, Hybrid work will be available after initial training.
