Create Wellness Center is looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to assist at our Federal Way office on a full-time or part-time basis. We are a fast-paced clinic and need someone who is able to keep up with busywork. Here are some of the qualifications and responsibilities for this job. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answering any incoming calls
  • Scheduling patients
  • Maintaining patient treatment
  • Assist doctors with treatment
  • Filing paperwork
  • Light office cleaning
  • Billing/Collecting payment
  • Managing office
  • Attending mandatory meetings

*Duties may change according to the needs of the clinic.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Marketing experience for chiropractic office a plus.
  • Must have a High School Diploma
  • Managerial position offered for a qualified person.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Must be friendly
  • Must be able to multi-task

Office Hours: Monday – Friday (9 AM – 7 PM), Saturday (9 AM – NOON)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
All patients and staff are required to wear masks inside the facility. Sanitation is practiced on an everyday basis.

  • 75% (Preferred)
