Family Child Care Coordinator

Perth Amboy, New Jersey

Community Child Care Solutions is seeking a Family Child Care Coordinator to work in our Perth Amboy, New Jersey office.

This position will play a key role in our innovative approach to enhancing quality within early childhood education programs. Key responsibilities include the oversight, planning & implementation of various operational functions. Additionally, you will be responsible for hosting quarterly meetings and training for the following programs:

Business Training and Resources- responsible for operating budgets, written policies, recordkeeping of tuition fees and other business related expenses

Enhance Technical Assistance – conduct 1:1 visits (in-person and virtually) with each provider (min once per quarter) to complete needs assessment survey and deliver targeted technical assistance and resources.

Bachelor’s degree is required. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required. This position also involves some light travel to local county programs, as well as occasional evening and weekend work. Candidates must have excellent computer skills and the ability to establish goals and accomplish tasks. Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
