In search of full-time, Qualified Professionals in the Charlotte, Greensboro, Hickory, Asheville, Winston-Salem, Burlington, Morganton, Raleigh, Wilmington, Fayetteville, New Bern, Smithfield, and Greenville, NC areas to work with at-risk youth. The position is full time, salaried position with benefits and mileage reimbursement. This position requires travel, on-call duties and a flexible schedule (afternoons, evenings and weekends). Candidate must be willing to work and travel throughout the coverage area and surrounding counties of that area. The primary responsibilities of the Behavioral Health Care Manager are to promote whole person, integrated care by planning, coordinating, tracking, closing of gaps in care, and monitoring care to individuals to achieve their goals.

Education/experience/licensure requirements:

• Must meet the North Carolina state mandated requirements of a Qualified Professional
• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree required, human services field preferred
• 2 Years full time documented child mental health experience post human services degree OR 4 years full time documented child mental health experience post non-human services degree

Other requirements:

• Access to reliable transportation adhering to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and driver’s license)
• Attendance at Care Team meetings
• Attendance at Pinnacle Program Team Meetings (based on region)
