The Manager Assistant, Chief of Staff, directly supports the VP, Small & Medium Enterprise and B2B in Global Commercial Services Technology (GCS-T). Within GCS-T, we are a team of technology leaders driving solutions in commercial payments, servicing customers across the globe from Small & Medium Enterprises to Large & Global Accounts. A successful candidate will be a key member of the GCS-T leadership team and will work closely with key leaders across the globe as GCS-T has teams based in New York, Atlanta, Phoenix, Florida, the UK, and Bangalore. A successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of activities including strategic, analytic and communications initiatives to help ensure the objectives of the broader GCS-T portfolio are met. This individual will also serve as a thought partner to the leadership team, helping to shape the strategic direction for the portfolio and harness the power of a startup culture within a global Enterprise. This person will possess outstanding thought leadership, strategic thinking, prioritization, project management, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the overall efficiency and management of the VP’s executive office.
  • Act as a central point of contact for urgent business issues, initiatives managed by the VP, and additional ad hoc requests.
  • Overall responsibility for managing meeting content and presentations, including updates to senior business partners, town halls, staff meetings, etc. Emphasis on storytelling to craft effective and impactful presentations.
  • Manage business planning and central processes driven through the VP’s office (e.g. leadership team meetings, year-end processes, etc.).
  • Lead employee engagement and organizational management, including team building activities, talent assessments, liaising with central and market HR.
  • Make recommendations and share insights with the leadership team on meaningful business decisions, ensuring that business decisions are effectively communicated and implemented across different markets.
  • Build both relationships and partnerships across the team and the Enterprise.

  • Prior technology experience/knowledge a plus.

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
