Chick-fil-A Cashier - Mid-Shift

This position asks that Team Members be able to work afternoon and dinner shifts starting as early as 12 PM and going as late as 4 PM.

Pay Type: $12.50 to start and up to $14.00/ hr, depending on availability and experience

Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time. Daylight & Evening shifts Monday through Saturday, must be available to work Fridays & Saturdays and close one week day night and one weekend night per week.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week

• Must be 18 or older (if under 18, pay rate is $10.00 per hour)

• Ability to multitask

• Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace-hustle is a must!

Responsibilities:

• Positive, serving attitude with a warm personality

• Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected

• Operating the POS at the front counter or in the drive thru

• Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer

• Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the front counter

• Checking for product quality and consistency

• Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures

• Willing to assist in other stations in the front of house, such as monitor, dining room, or working the window

• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items

• Complete all tasks assigned beyond the job description, if necessary
