Job description

As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing clinical and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Gynecology office. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include:

• Interview patients and document medical history
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Update medical records
• Take patient vitals
• Assist during medical examinations and procedures
• Prepare and send collected specimen to lab
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments

Skills

• Proven working experience as a medical assistant
• Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Service oriented
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficiency in electronic medical records
• Degree in Medical Assistance

Office Hours: M-Th 7:45am-7pm, F 7:45am-4pm
