TransLand is seeking CDL A Regional Dry Van Owner Operators in Indiana. Total settlements include:
- 72% of line haul revenue split (% of miles ran x total line haul x 0.72)
- Average Loads per week: 4 with average weekly line haul net: $3,500.
- Current rates average $2.38 per mile
- 100% of accessorials (including stop, detention and fuel)
- Additional Incentives:
- Orientation Sign-on Bonus: $1,500
- Equipment Transition Bonus: $500
- Driver Referral Bonus: $3,750
- Weekly settlements via direct deposit

Equipment Requirements
- Must have a newer model truck (less than 10 years old) that meets TransLand’s standards
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have CDL A license
- Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer OTR driving experience
- Stable work history
- Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
- Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
- Seeking owner operators located anywhere in Indiana
