CCBHC Project Director

We have an opportunity for a dynamic, collaborative leader to oversee and direct the development of Vermont's first Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). Our Project Director will be responsible for the overall orchestration & coordination of a multi-year demonstration grant which will build upon and enhance our existing behavioral health and substance use programming.

Essential functions include:

· Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Vermont State service plans and related funding models to develop working programs and partnerships.

· Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to advocate for care and delivery models to meet the local care needs.

· Assess needs of local populations to be served. Define plans for the agency region to maximize available resources with local needs and agency priorities.

· Works with related community groups to develop programming and reduce barriers to access. Ensures programming meets the cultural and linguistic needs of individuals in the community.

· Oversee all aspects of the program's performance including outcome measures, reporting, staff performance, quality, care delivery and team satisfaction.

· Works collaboratively with agency leadership to promote efficiencies for staff and the people we serve with a primary focus on best practices.

· Develop, implements, and monitors outcomes plan demonstrating efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction of clients.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field required. Licensure strongly preferred.

- Five years of experience in community based programming, supervision experience required.

- Strong working knowledge of resource management and programming development.

- Working knowledge of the fundamental types of emotional, behavioral, crisis, mental health, or substance use issues related to the population to be served.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
