We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our team. Tasks associated with this position include event coordination, marketing assistance, and community engagement.

Job responsibilities include:

• Manage proposals, interview, and qualification process; Conduct internal pre-proposal meetings; Prepare and design proposals; Write responses with technical writing assistance from company experts, as needed
• Prepare interview presentations and lead interview prep sessions to ensure that the team delivers the presentation with an understanding of our overall strategy to win the project
• Develop and execute annual public relations plan; execute throughout the year
• Develop and execute annual advertisement plan; Design/create advertisements
• Maintain proposal response and document database including project sheets, resumes, photo archive, standard literature
• Create marketing materials on as-needed basis, informational packages, brochures, signage, handouts, email signatures, etc.
• Collaborate with our Marketing Team for updates to social media accounts including Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Take project completion photography
• Attend monthly Marketing/Business Development Meetings
• Send weekly upcoming activity list to President of Colorado

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
• Construction Background: An understanding of construction means and methods.
• Eye for Details: Accuracy is critical for success in this role. Candidate must have superior organizational, communication (both written and verbal) and decision-making skills.
• Tech know-how: A strong background in using all Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, as well as adept in using general computer software.
