Monday-Thursday (6pm to 6am) - $1.00 per hour worked
Friday 4pm to Saturday 4am - $3.00 per hour worked
Saturday (4am to 4pm) - $2.00 per hour worked
Saturday (4pm to 4am) - $3.00 per hour worked
Sunday 4am to Monday 6am - $2.00 per hour worked

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: :
- Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers.
- Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.
- Develop, maintain and facilitate effective relationships, communication processes, and activities with all Gaming personnel and all other internal and external customers.
- Use Players Club Membership information to monitor all guests play and inform customers of perks when using their card.
- Provide information to guests on promotions as requested. Handle guests concerns when they arise.
- Answer complaints when appropriate. Forward all information through the proper chain of command adhering to Department Standard Operating Procedures.
- Keep abreast of current Oneida Casino special events calendar and community current events.
- Complete shift paperwork and forward reports as requested.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: :
- One (1) year of Casino work experience.
- One (1) year of CMP database experience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
- High School Diploma, HSED Diploma or GED Certification. Applicants age (fifty (50) and older are exempt from this requirement.
- Two (2) years of customer service experience;
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Frequently walk, sit, use hands, handle, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.
- Work is generally performed in a casino setting with a higher noise level and where cigarette smoke MAY be prevalent. Evening and/or weekend work is frequently required. There is frequent interaction with the employees and patrons. Travel may be required for training, meetings, conferences, presentations, and other events.
- A Tuberculosis (TB) Screening and/or a 2 step TB Skin Test is required within thirty (30) days of employment.
