Orwashers Bakery, New York City's Original Artisan Bakery since 1916 is now hiring for our New Location in Roslyn Heights. We are so excited to be part of the community and are looking for Cashiers and Counter Staff to join our team. We produce a wide range of products such as sandwiches, salads, pizza, breads, cakes, cookies, brownies, croissants, granola and holiday products just to name a few. We welcome all qualified candidates to submit a resume OR come visit us in the store Any day from 8am - 5pm. OPEN HOUSE!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Gives first-class customer service to every customer that walks into our retail location.
Accurate cash handling and operation of our POS system.
Stocking out bread, pastries and cookies for sale. Restocking product as necessary.
Maintaining our high cleanliness standards, a clean and organized work station.
Must be able to work 8 hours on your feet.
Be able to lift at least 50lbs.
Working as a member of the team, flexible enough to pitch in where needed to get the job done!
