Home Care Aide | Hollister Area | $20-$21/hour | URGENT NEED |
Immediate Hire: Seeking experienced HCA/Caregiver or CNA, must be fully vaccinated for COVID and have Hoyer experience to work with a paraplegic client on Tuesdays/Thursdays for 4-hours after 2:30pm and Sundays 8-hours - shift times can be flexible.
Pay: $20-21 per hour
Job Type: Part-time or Full-time
- Additional work available with pay scale of $19.00-$21.00/hour

Work Location: Santa Clara County (San Jose, Los Gatos, Los Altos, Campbell, and surrounding area).

We have shifts that range from 3 to 12 hour. We offer on the job training, competitive salary, paid mileage AND travel time between clients, 401k enrollment, healthcare (for applicable employees), paid sick time, weekly pay, bonus incentives, monthly gas card raffle and supportive management team.
Job Responsibilities:
Attend to the individual needs of clients which may include: Assistance with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, and companionship.
Perform homemaking activities which may include: Meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation.
Interact with client in a manner that displays warmth and promotes a caring environment.
Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with the client's visitors and families.
Job Requirements:
Fully vaccinated for COVID; Booster required when eligible
Clear background check
Must pass drug screen
TB test
Identification
Reliable form of transportation
Home Care Aid Certification; our office can aid in application.
CPR Certification; our office can aid.
