Affinity Family Care is currently hiring for a Caregiver / Coordinator to work 1:1 providing direct care and developing his daily program to an adult male who is 25 years old.

PAY: - Higher Enhanced Pay $20.00 per hour for all services

Position Hours: Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm. Monday and Tuesdays position may end at 2:30pm and will be discussed when you apply. Position is 33.50 to 35 hours per week guaranteed.

Location: Crismon and Baseline in Mesa, Arizona and Higley and Guadalupe in Gilbert, Arizona.

About the Position: Position is working 1:1 with an adult male who is looking for a special buddy/friendship to be with him and develop a daily program that provides him a sense of purpose. Duties include physical/exercise activities, community outings, vocational opportunities, life skills tasks involving reading, writing, composing emails, money skills and additional life skills as needed. Individual also needs assistance with toileting to include wiping, meal preparation, daily hygiene and sanitization protocols for immune system. Position is PERMENANT and LONG TERM and is working for the Director/owners son.

Requirements: Must be looking for long term and dependable. We will not accept calling out as individual needs stability. Must be a leader and role model. Must be able to establish and follow a routine. Must have strong communication skills. Must have experience with behaviors and implementing preventions and supports to increase safety. This experience can be professional or personal life experience. We are willing to train. Must have dependable transportation with Air Conditioning and Heating and a willingness to transport and participate in community activities.

Must be 18 years old and have no criminal charges after age 18. TRAINING is required prior to employment and we offer training for FREE.
