Job Description
This is an onsite role based at our beautiful West Hollywood office!
Care Guide responsibilities
● Greeting and checking patients in and out of their appointments, while providing excellent customer service
● Checking patients’ insurance
● Answering patient phone calls and emails
● Handling requests from outside facilities (insurance companies, labs, etc)
● Maintaining a welcoming and organized space in the office, and notifying your manager of any supplies that need to be ordered
● Assisting the team in overall company operations
Schedule
● Full time role, 5 days a week
● Role is to work weekends plus 3 days during the week (initially the schedule would be Saturdays and 4 days during the week)
What are we looking for?
Qualifications
● At least 1 year hospitality or relevant customer service experience
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Passionate about providing an excellent patient experience during every interaction
● Ownership mindset
