Homewatch CareGivers is urgently seeking an in-home care coordinator for their new location in Brookline, Massachusetts. To open doors as soon as the coordinator is hired. We are looking for an experienced office manager, a self-starter who is willing to learn and grow with the company.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and handle the day-to-day functions of the office
• Responsible for clients intakes, on-calls, inquiries, and issue resolutions
• Schedule initial consultations or assessments of the clients after the intake calls
• Review clients care plans to ensure they are complete and up to date
• Create and manage schedules for caregivers and certified nurse assistants
• Coach and supervise caregivers on daily responsibilities and duties
• Oversee caregiver training (orientation, case orientation and on-going training)
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Any other duty as requested by the owner

Qualifications:

• 1+ years supervisory or administrative experience (Required)
• Home care experience (Required)
• Assisted living or skilled nursing facility (Preferred)
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (Required)

Physical Qualifications:

• Able to work an average of 40 hours per week
• Able to use tools necessary for the job
