- Check messages before breaks/leaving & call back all patients
- Follow Tower scripts & tools to provide the best communication and customer service.
- Follow up on Simplifye
- Participate in training & other learning opportunities to expand knowledge & skills.
- Adhere to all company policies & procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by Call Center Lead
