Position will be located in our office in Oglesby, IL.
Hourly base of $13.50 per hour plus BONUS opportunities. Currently we have staff earning over $20.00 per hour in total compensation with bonus.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Call Center Sales Representative that will be the liaison between our client and their exhibitors. The successful candidate will be able to support the exhibitor in making sure they have all the necessary supplies to ensure success. In addition, this candidate will accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping the highest level of customer satisfaction at the forefront of every interatcion. This is not cold calling, but rather calling the current customer base to ensure their needs are being met and using up-selling and cross-selling techniques to help ensure they have everything they need.

Experience:

• No cold solicitation
• Ability to manage mix of calls/emails in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts” and "process flows when handling the show cycle for each exhibitor
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our workflow documention and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently under the direction of the Director of Customer Service.

Start Date - ASAP - The facility is located in Oglesby, Illinois.

Paid Training - Training is only a couple of days.

Days - Monday - Friday (weekends & major Holidays off)

Shifts Available - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm ; 8:30 am - 5:00 pm ; 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Schedule - Full Time - 40 hours/week
