We are looking for a Confirmation call outbound agent to join our team at our South office location! The ideal candidate will have a heart for serving others with a strong inclination for outstanding customer service.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primary responsibility will be to do confirmation calls for all 7 of our locations with more on the way.
• Expected to provide detailed and clear confirmation to the patient detailing where and when the appointment is, providing any information needed for patients appointments.
• Providing patient with cost estimates for appointments providing payment plan details if needed
• Help patients reschedule appointments and recreate patient accounts
• Inform patients of scan times and duration
• Be able to meet office goals
• Ability to make several out bound calls and leaving voicemails
• Spot auditing patients on the schedule
• Communicating with our patient services and scheduling team about worklist
• Reaching out to attorneys and doctors for patient contact information
• Ensuring accurate appointment details are texted to the patient
• Ability to document in a professional and detailed manner
• Superior customer service
• Strong ability to multi-task and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain composure and convey a positive attitude while interacting with customers and team
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be comfortable and efficient with computers, data entry & other administrative tasks

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour + bonus based on hitting goals set
