Call Center Customer Service Representative
Job description
We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team of Call Center Representatives in a fast-paced yet rewarding environment. The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues, and directing calls to the managerial team when necessary. Our Call Center Representatives are often the first point of contact for customers' product issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the routing of calls to the correct departments and/or individuals.
- Handle multiple calls at once.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients.
- Provide high-quality customer service.
- Note details of conversations and requests for follow up.
- Keep call data records in a database.
- Follow protocols for handling different kinds of calls.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.90 - $18.35 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
