POSITION SUMMARY
Provides the bar area with supplies and provides the bartender with items on request. Assuring that guests have a favorable experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible to stock bar items daily.
- Responsible to fill ice bins as needed.
- Responsible to assume duties of bartender and beverage server during breaks.
- Empty garbage and mop floors.
- Ensure the safety and security of team members and guests.
- Always maintain a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude. Have complete knowledge of all events and promotional activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
MISCELLANEOUS
- Ability to read, write and understand simple instructions.
- Knowledge of all bar equipment, regulations and gaming laws.
- Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol.
- Knowledge of CO2 gauges.
- Ability to do assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Six months of experience in beverage field.
- Able to obtain a state gaming licenses and Alcohol Beverage Control card.

- Casino exposed to temperatures that may vary noise and bright lights.
