Job Summary

This position supports the DEV-Operations Support Safety team. This posting is for one (1) position which will be filled at the level commensurate with the successful candidate's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Works independently with business unit management to prepare, analyze, and present financial case studies for a business process.
• Defines and develops performance metrics; analyzes and recommends data collection process improvements; and ensures data integrity as it relates to reporting and analytics.
• Identifies and implements better work and business processes.
• Develops cost/allocation, cost/benefit programs and models to support the development of business strategies.
• Develops programs and implements automated methods and systems to track workflow and performance efficiencies.
• Performs varied analyses of an economic, business, and engineering nature.
• Provides assistance and leadership to co-workers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

The knowledge, skills, abilities and experience required for entry into this job include the following:

Business Performance Analyst: 3+ years of directly related experience

Senior Performance Analyst: 5+ years of relevant directly related work experience;

• Demonstrated planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making.
• Effective analytical skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:

Bachelor

Preferred Discipline(s): Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance
