What Will you be Doing?
- Work closely with referral partners under the guidance of a physician to insure proper patient assessment and proper treatment throughout the course of care
- Attract new business to the home health industry using superior customer service and maintaining current business relationships
- Help build collaborative working relationships both internally and externally by aligning business development with office operations
- Increase patient admission to meet or exceed budget goals
- Maintain 80% (or above) of Medicare admissions
$85 - $105 / year
Plus an Outstanding Incentive/Bonus plan
- Displays excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- A minimum of 2 years of Home Health Marketing experience is required with a track record of meeting established sales expectations as a provider of Medicare certified nursing services.
- Solid problem-solving and business acumen skills.
- Must have a driver’s license
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Health related field preferred but not required.
