Who We Are: Transformative Healthcare Solutions (THS), was founded in an effort to integrate the mental health needs of today’s individuals with state-of-the-art care at affordable prices. Our staff fully credentialed therapists offer comprehensive psychological care for a broad spectrum of mental health issues and disorders in numerous environments, including facilities and in office. We also work extensively with the child welfare dependency system, via ChildNet, contracted through the Department of Children and Families, helping children and families in crisis; in addition to working on Human Trafficking cases. Our largest presence is in geriatric facilities and we are looking to expand our in-office clientele.

The Opportunity: We are seeking a Business Development Manager as a vital member of the Sales Department to develop and maintain positive, long-term value-based relationships in order to support and improve the financial performance of the company; and expand the current customer base. He/She must use prospecting strategies to identify prospects and initiate the first outreach with potential customers. In this role, he/she will initiate and maintain effective channels of communication with internal and external consumers in order to build our company’s brand, cultivate relationships, and strengthen customer loyalty.

Qualifications and Requirements: The ideal candidate must have an energetic, can-do attitude and be comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment. Key Performance Indicators are a crucial part of this position, allowing for measured goals and proportional compensation. This role must be able to move at a very fast pace and have a high ability to organize and prioritize based on a rapidly changing and growing healthcare environment. We prefer a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related fields as a minimum for education requirements; prefer a master’s degree in business administration or related fields, or experience and a proven track record equivalent to education and indicative of trends consistent with the industry and exponential growth.

Leadership skills, such as performing presentations, training junior salespeople and having great teamwork with general sales and marketing areas, are also requirements to look for in a business development manager. Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients contributing to the overall growth plan and KPIs.

Duties:

  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
  • Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
  • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
  • Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
  • Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
  • Maintaining client activities in CRM
  • Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs
  • Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
  • Developing rapport with key decision makers
  • Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
  • Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
  • Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
  • Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them
  • Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
  • Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business
  • Collaborate with sales and design team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
  • Train junior salespeople to improve sales goals and meet expectations
  • Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
