We are searching for a Business Unit Manager to develop and drive sales in a regulated environment and develop and manage a team moving forward.
Somethings you will do in the role:
- Oversee the US business unit for international organization
- Lead, manage and build US sales team
- Develop client relationships throughout the US
- Build on and recommend product enhancements based on client's needs and feedback
- Bachelors degree needed, ideally a technical or scientific field
- Leadership experience managing direct reports at some point in career
- Experience in a regulated environment including knowledge of ISO 13485
- Ideally experience in CMO Contract Manufacturing environment
- Will require at least 25% travel nationally
