Job description
Responsibilities:
- Contacting contractors to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Working alongside account managers and their customers.
- Supporting branches by developing new business with house accounts
- Researching plumbing company’s and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Promoting the division and it’s value to the market and customers.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for customers.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
