Well established leading food and beverage distribution Company is seeking an experienced Business Development Associate to continue add more opportunities to the sales funnel.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business development plan.
• Contributing to planning and resource utilization for designated areas of responsibility and assist in the development of operational budgets, goals and targets
• Facilitating communication, cooperation, and teamwork between the sales team and other operational departments and management teams, partnering to ensure continuous improvement of the customer experience.
• Studying customer and consumer trends and identifying market opportunities
• Communicating urgency and customer expectations and prioritizing duties with internal departments.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Retail/Grocery.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong time management skills.
• Leadership skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Proven problem- solving and decision-making skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point

Working Conditions: Full-time, flexibility to work some weekends as required.
