Responsibilities:
- Perform a broad variety of administrative functions
- Assist with contract management functions and required reporting
- Provide project assistance to Program Managers
- Analyze data, develop reports, proofread, edit, and prepare presentations
- Support the Bid & Proposal process, assisting in costing, bid narratives and reviews
Education:
- A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business is desired
Requirements and Expectations:
- US Citizenship
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
- Able to multitask and switch between several unrelated work tasks while staying organized
