Job description

In support of the U.S. Air Force SBIR/STTR program the Operations Research Analyst will be responsible for mapping all current Strategic Funding Initiative (STRATFI) data elements and how data flows through different systems (e.g. Google Sheets, AppSheet, other systems). They will identify which data elements should live in which systems (e.g. Salesforce, BigQuery, etc.) and support implementation to cut over from old to new systems. They will make recommendations on future data field requirements and user interface enhancements across systems (e.g. Salesforce, AppSheet).

REQUIREMENTS

• Three or more years’ experience working with data repositories that collect and disseminate data from a wide range of activities.
• Ability to read/write formulas in Google Sheets
• Experience creating data flow diagrams
• Experience working with relational databases
• Ability to read basic SQL queries
• Associate degree from an accredited university
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM system a plus
• Ability to write SQL queries
• Understanding of data engineering concepts in a cloud environment
• Associates Degree
