- Minnesota Boiler License Required
- Experience in the construction, installation, operation, and maintenance of boilers
- Knowledge of existing rules and regulations pertaining to boilers and pressure vessels
- Experience general building maintenance
- Experience with maintenance such as electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Inspection and maintenance of the building’s boiler system
- Documentation of boiler and safety lighting checks as required by law
- Perform general maintenance and custodial tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours in the early evening or when safety issues arise during the school day
- Ability to follow safety procedures and directions as given by supervisor
- Ability to use basic tools such as but not limited to drills, screwdrivers, rubber hammer
- Other related duties as assigned
- School building, office, lifting, sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, keyboarding, etc.
- Ability to lift 80-100 pounds
