The dedicated team member CSS is seeking will be responsible for

· Travel to sites.

· Collaborate with project manager, contractors, and subcontractors on projects to coordinate the installation process. Communicating to management and customer of job progress and issues.

· Utilize blueprints, engineering specifications, and wiring diagrams to perform installation, calibration, diagnostics, and basic commissioning.

· Test, diagnose, and repair sophisticated building environment and energy management control systems.

· Demonstrate a high degree of regard for customer, coworkers, and subcontractor safety by following safety standards, and attend required safety training.

· Complete certifications as required. Participate in training to improve and maintain technical proficiency in company's product lines building on your skill set.

· Administrative tasks including but not limited to service orders, purchase orders, expense reports, and on-site documentation.

Requirements:

· High School diploma, equivalent, or demonstrated experience

· Valid driver’s license in good standing

· Basic computer skills.

· Able to use hand and power tools (i.e. drills, saws, etc.)

o Will be required to supply your own basic hand-tools

· Demonstrated ability to install and/or service electronic control systems and HVAC equipment.

· Professional communication skills

· Possesses the ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical people.

· Demonstrate effective writing skills as well as understanding of basic coding and software applications. (fundamental training provided)

· Must be punctual and adhere to a daily schedule with multiple appointments in different locations.

Additional Qualifications:

· Vocational School four-year program graduate, an Associate’s degree in a technical field, or a minimum of two years experience in this field.

· Knowledge of control theory, automatic temperature controls, building automation systems, and other building subsystems.

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
