Overview:

We are seeking a great storyteller to join our Corporate Marketing Team as a Brand Strategy Manager!

This position is primarily remote with some scheduled in-office collaboration time at our office in Winter Park, FL.
Applicants in the Central Florida area preferred

Salary range is $75k to $90k Commensurate with experience

Pay Minimum: USD $75,000.00/Yr. Pay Maximum: USD $90,000.00/Yr. Responsibilities:
The Brand Strategy Manager will create strategies to grow the brand’s reach and reputation. They are responsible for enhancing the brand experience by establishing, articulating and amplifying our brand promise in-market. The Brand Strategy Manager will review current campaigns and conduct market research to find actionable insights and inform future strategies to highlight the brand across our owned digital properties as well as through earned media.

The Brand Strategy Manager is a creative storyteller capable of creating or guiding the creation of a variety of content types including images, templates, ebooks, presentations, infographics, collateral, whitepapers, etc. They will create compelling brand campaigns and work cross-functionally to develop and deploy them in the marketplace. They are able to craft communication, presentations and other media that captures the brand personality and voice in an authentic, consistent way and coach others to do the same.

The Brand Strategy Manager is an exceptional storyteller that thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment and demonstrates a high level of ownership and accountability over all assignments. The position will take great pride in being a good brand steward in all interactions, both within the company and with external partners, vendors and others.

Core Job Duties:
  • Create strategies that help us grow our reputation in the market, demonstrate our expertise and build brand trust to both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals and influence a team of internal industry experts to deliver compelling brand storytelling campaigns and obtain media placement.
  • Create and implement social media and influencer strategy that leverages internal experts for brand storytelling and persona-based marketing campaigns.
  • Assess current campaign and event performance to analyze trends and identify areas of opportunity or growth.
  • Create content that is visually appealing, accurate and compliant with brand style and standards.
  • Maintain brand guidelines while scaling creative output by creating templates for web/social images, presentation decks, collateral, and more for B2B, B2C and internal audiences.
  • Provide coaching to internal and external resources for brand compliance and quality improvement.
  • Periodically review and update all existing marketing collateral for accuracy.
  • Act as a brand liaison in meetings or interactions with key company partners, vendors and other collaborative relationships.
  • Develop and maintain training and reference resources to capture current brand standards and editorial expectations.
  • Develop an understanding of key audiences and business objectives to recommend creative, strategic solutions.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders about task progression and timelines.
Other Required Tasks:
  • Onboarding and training of new team members
  • Management of task assignments
  • Implementation of new and improved processes as needed, where appropriate
  • Management of personnel
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, English/writing or communication
  • MINIMUM 5 years of experience with brand marketing or brand communications
  • A portfolio of demonstrated brand-building projects a plus

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Computers and common software for content composition (Google Docs, Microsoft Word, etc) and creative development (Canva, Infogram, etc)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong research skills and ability to analyze performance and trends to inform new strategies
  • Understanding of digital marketing best practices a plus
